About me
A computer scientist working in the field of computational proteomics, working particularly on the detection of peptides and their various forms using shotgun proteomics data. My professional interests include mathematical modelling, use of Bayesian approaches, mathematical and computational optimization, high-performance computing, machine learning, and interaction with AI systems. Beside that, I enjoy doing various sports, such as, inline skating, or slackline. I also like to create music, most often in an improvised manner.
