Our colleague Alžběta Srovnalová presented her poster titled “High Content Morphology Profiling Enables Discovery Of Autophagy-Modulating Therapeutics” at the CytoData 2025 conference in Berlin. The event was held at the Campus Berlin-Buch on 20–21 November 2025 and brought together experts in image-based profiling, high-content screening, and data-driven cell biology.
CytoData 2025 was preceded by a three-day Hackathon (17–19 November) focused on the analysis of Cell Painting data generated within an EU-OPENSCREEN initiative. The symposium offered an exciting scientific program, and we are pleased that Alžběta had the opportunity to share her work among an international community of researchers.
